Olive of the Aloreña variety with protected designation of origin (PDO). It’s one of a kind with PDO in Spain and one of the few in the world. This olive is a rare variety in its species, because a series of distinctive features made that this variety could only be produced in the province of Málaga (Spain). It’s an olive aged in brine and dressed with garlic, thyme, fennel and pepper. Ideal for tapas, salads and basis of snacks’s recipes.
Ingredients: aloreñas split olives, water, salt, garlic, pepper, thyme and natural spices.
